Meet Our Home Manager – Susan Capindale

I’ve worked in the care sector for over 20 years, starting out as a volunteer before going on to study Health and Social Care. From the very beginning, I knew I wanted to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older people.

Since becoming a Registered Manager in 2013, I’ve completed my Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management and taken on ambassador roles in Lincolnshire for both falls prevention and safeguarding. I’ve also been honoured to be named a finalist for the Lincolnshire Care Association’s Manager of the Year award in both 2018 and 2022.

At Lincoln Manor, my focus is on providing high-quality, person-centred care in a homely, respectful environment — a place where every resident feels valued, supported, and able to enjoy life in their own way.
