We have some truly fantastic staff at Shipley Manor Care Home! Recently, Haley, our housekeeper, Oliver, our Unit Lead, and Shannon, one of our care team members, put their heads together to help a short-term resident return home. They donned their cleaning gear and got to work, making sure the resident’s home was spick and span and ready for their return. These three heroes went above and beyond to help someone in need, and we couldn’t be more proud of them!

Sharon, the Home Manager at Shipley Manor, expressed her pride in the team involved in caring for a resident who is now ready to return home. She said that wherever possible, they always aim to enable their residents to return home. In this case, the team’s efforts have paid off, and the resident is now ready to move back to their own home. Sharon expressed her delight at the team’s actions, which are exactly what she would have expected from such a passionate team. She also mentioned that Haley, Oliver, and Shannon have gone the extra mile and helped to clean the resident’s home to ensure everything is spick and span for their smooth transition back into their own home.

Great things are never done by one person alone. It takes a team effort to achieve remarkable results. The Shipley Manor team has done a fantastic job, and Haley, Oliver, and Shannon have added that special touch of magic to make it even more exceptional!
