With over 30 years of experience in social care and nursing, Joy Puckering has been a Registered Nurse since 1988 and has managed care homes since 1992.

Joy brings a deep commitment to quality care and a genuine passion for supporting older people. At St Mary’s Care Centre, she leads a dedicated team focused on creating a safe, welcoming environment where every resident feels valued and well cared for.
