Meet Our Home Manager – Mishel Ingle

I started my career in the NHS supporting adults with learning disabilities and went on to qualify as a Mental Health Nurse. Since then, I’ve worked across the private healthcare sector, managing several care homes, progressing to Regional Manager, and working as an Independent Mental Capacity Assessor.

I’m also a qualified Dementia Care Mapper, and I’m passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care that makes a real difference to residents’ lives. My focus at Hutton Manor is on creating a supportive, enriching environment where residents feel safe, respected, and able to live well every day.
