Managing Director

I qualified as a Registered Nurse and worked within the NHS in both the acute and community services, before transferring to the commissioning sector of the NHS.

I left to join Social care and started as a Home Manager. I managed several successful homes for a range of large care companies before joining a charity run hospice as their CEO.

I recently returned to the social care sector to become Managing Director of Marton Care Homes and now, also St Mary’s Care Homes.

Mishel Ingle
Senior Commissioning Manager

After 10 years in the NHS, caring for adults with learning disabilities, I qualified as a Mental Health Nurse and went into private health care. I managed a number of care homes and progressed to Regional Manager. I also worked as an Independent Mental Capacity Assessor and qualified as a Dementia Care Mapper.

I’m passionate about care and supported the NHS developing their approach to living with dementia, and also participated in university research studies. Following a turnaround role, I achieved Home Manager of the Year award for Yorkshire and Humberside.

I feel very welcomed by St Mary’s teams and residents, and I am really looking forward to supporting the Home Managers.
